A very common problem we see is having too much product stacked around the evaporator resulting in very restricted airflow.

Fluctuating Temperatures:

Equipment Operating Loudly:

Refrigeration equipment typically involves several moving parts such as compressors, fans, motors, and other various equipment. With that said, it is typical for your equipment to produce some noise. If your equipment starts to develop any unfamiliar sounds then it could result in having an unbalanced fan, a failing motor, etc. If the fan motor is hot to the touch then that is a tell-tale sign of it starting to fail.
